Period A: We went to the wood shop with Mr. Watson.
Courtney used the Shop Vac to vacuum around the class. Atshaya worked with the
adding machine. Mindy painted some particle boards. Michelle worked with
plasticine and also helped Courtney with the vacuuming. Jerron did some bead
work. Romi used plasticine to make a necklace.
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
had a class discussion about what we did over the March Break. Courtney went to
a park. Atshaya went to Cederbrae Mall. We then wrote in our weekend journals.
Period C: We went to the Art Room where we glazed our
Clay pots. Mr. Wilkens put the finished pots into the kiln and we will be
bringing them home on Thursday. We finished up a little early so when we got
back to our class we had some unstructured time.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
