Period A: We went to the wood shop with Mr. Watson.
Atshaya and Michelle did some coloring. Mindy helped Mr. Watson while he worked
on a trivet. Courtney did some vacuuming. Jerron worked some puzzles. We left
class a little early so we would have plenty of time for our trip to the YMCA.
We went to the YMCA. We took the Scarborough 86 bus to
Kennedy Station. We got on the LRT to McCowan station. We walked to the Y. We
walked around the track for two miles ! We then went downstairs to use the
treadmills. We went to the Food Court at Scarborough Town Centre and ate our
lunch. We then took the TTC back to school. When we got back to school we did
the Daily Report and a short mindfulness meditation sit.
Note to Parents: Lunch Program tomorrow, send no lunch
with students.
