Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
prepared our lunch. Michelle, Atshaya and Mindy peeled the potatoes. Courtney washed
and dried the lettuce. Jerron cut up the sweet red peppers for salad garnish.
Mindy and Atshaya also set the table.
Period B: We met Ms. Lupo in our classroom. We then went
to the washroom. After we had gone to the washroom we went to the Cosmetology
class. We brushed our teeth using a mirror so we could be sure of doing a good
job. We then washed our hands and faces. Ms. Lupo then applied some hand cream to our
hands and forearms.
Period C: We all helped to wash the dishes and clean up
the kitchen/classroom. We the had a delicious dessert that Ms. Josie bought for
us, some Strawberry Jam Filled Doughnuts. When we had finished our dessert we
used the Promethean Board to do some patterning activities.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
