Weather for Today: Overcast, Rainy and cool….

Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
used the Promethean Board to do some literacy activities. We read some stories
and poems and learned about rhyming words.
Period B: We met Ms. Lupo in our classroom. We then went
to the washroom. After we had gone to the washroom we went to the Cosmetology
class. We brushed our teeth using a mirror so we could be sure of doing a good
job. We then washed our hands. Ms. Lupo then applied some hand cream to our
hands and forearms.
Period C: We began by using the Promethean Board and some
plastic money to do some money math lessons. We then went to S-6 to wash the
dishes from the Maplewood Mindfulness Community lunch. When we came back to our
classroom we once again used the Promethean Board to learn about patterns.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
Note to Parents: We will be going to the YMCA tomorrow.
