Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
had our weekly trip to the Computer Lab where we worked on various educational
programs.
Period B: We went to the Cosmetology classroom with Ms.
Lupo. We all brushed our teeth and washed our hands. We then got a chance to
learn about brushing our hair by using a mannequin head.
Period C: We went outside to take part in the Earth Day
Community Clean up event. Mr. Wilkens gave us gloves and garbage bags and we
picked up some litter outside the school.

Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
