Weather for Today: Sunny and Warm….

Period A: We went to the wood shop with Mr. Watson.
Atshaya, Mindy Courtney and Michelle did some coloring. Jerron did some bead
work and worked on some puzzles. Romi was working on her collages.
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then
had Circle Time where we talked about what we had done over the weekend. We
then did our Weekend Journals. Firstly, we filled in our journal worksheets. We
then presented what we had written to the class.
Period C: As it was such a beautiful day outside today
Mr. Wilkens thought it would be nice to go for a walk in the community. We
walked to a small park and used the playground equipment for a while. We then
continued our walk through “The Woods” and came back to school. When we got
back to class we used the Promethean Board to do some money math.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Meditation sitting.
