Period A: We started a new class today. Our teacher is
Mr. Watson. Today in class we cut some pictures out of a flyer. We then pasted
the pictures on to paper. We finished off the period by coloring some
worksheets.
Period B: We met our new teacher, Mr. Wilkens. We
watched a short video about Mindfulness. We then had a short Mindfulness
Meditation sitting. We worked on our literacy worksheets.
Period C:We began with a money math activity. We talked
about the different coins and showed what different coins look like. We then
went outside and walked around the school property.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting. We finished off the day with some free time.
