Period A: We went to the wood shop with Mr. Watson.
Atshaya used Lego to make a car. Mindy did some coloring and so did Atshaya
after she had finished with the Lego. Jerron did some bead work. Romi cut
pictures out of magazines to make a collage for Mr. Wilkens. Michelle also
worked on a collage.
Period B: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We then had a class discussion about what we
had done over the weekend. After that we filled in our Weekend Journal’s. When
we had completed the worksheets we all presented our journals to the class.
Period C: We went to
the Art Room to continue work on our hand built clay coil pots that we
started two weeks ago. Today we added 5 coils to our pots. When we had done we
made sure to clean the room well.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
