Today we got to go on our weekly trip to the Scarborough
YMCA. We took the 86 Scarborough bus to Kennedy Station. We then took the LRT
to McCowan station and walked to the Y. We got changed and then went upstairs
to the track where we walked 28 laps, which equals a mile ! We then went downstairs
and used the treadmills to get even more exercise.

We then went to the Food
Court at Scarborough Town Centre to eat lunch. When we had finished lunch we
took the TTC back to school.
Upon our return to school we filled in the daily report
and had our mindfulness meditation sitting.
Note to Parents: Lunch Program tomorrow, students will
not need to bring a lunch.
