Weather for Today: Sunny and Warm….

Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We went
for our weekly visit to the Computer Lab. We worked on various educational
programs.
Period B: We met Ms. Lupo in our classroom. We then went
to the washroom. After we had gone to the washroom we went to the Cosmetology
class. We brushed our teeth using a mirror so we could be sure of doing a good
job. We then washed our hands and faces. Ms. Lupo then applied some hand cream
to our hands and forearms. We then did some
laundry. We washed the hand and face towels that we have been using. At
the end of the period we had a walk in the hallways.
Period C: We began by eating some Birthday cake that Ms.
Lupo had brought in to celebrate Josie’s birthday. We then started a new
activity. We filled some peat pots with potting soil. We then planted some herb
seeds in the pots. When we had finished this activity we went for a Community
Walk. When we got back to class we had another treat, some delicious Sticky
Buns that Mr. Wilkens had made.
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
