Weather for Today: Overcast and Warm….

Period A: We began with our Mindfulness Minutes. We had
Circle time where we talked about our weekend. We then filled in our Weekend
Journal Worksheets. When we had finished our worksheets we presented them to the
class.
Period B: We met Ms. Lupo in our classroom. We then went
to the washroom. After we had gone to the washroom we went to the Cosmetology
class. We brushed our teeth using a mirror so we could be sure of doing a good
job. We then washed our hands. Ms. Lupo then applied some hand cream to our
hands and forearms. We then did some
laundry. We washed the hand and face towels that we have been using. At
the end of the period we went for a walk around the school property.
At lunch we went on the stage to practice with the Dance
Club for the Year End Assembly. Here is a video of part of the practice….
Period C: We did a Level 3 Co-op experience today. We
delivered the Bluffs Monitor Community
Newspaper to the houses near the school. Here are some pictures of us doing
this job….
Period D: We filled in the daily report. We had our daily
Mindfulness Mediation sitting.
